Your Mission: Be a Trusted Guide on the Sleep Health Journey
As the face of ResMed, you will create exceptional customer experiences while driving the success of our clinic. You will blend expert product knowledge with compassionate service to help customers find solutions that improve their sleep and overall wellbeing.
Your Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Sales Leadership:
- Deliver Personalized Consultations: Greet customers, listen to their sleep challenges, and provide tailored recommendations.
- Drive Purposeful Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets by connecting customers with ResMed solutions that enhance their quality of life.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Conduct thoughtful follow-ups to ensure customer success, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.
Clinic Operations & Visual Excellence:
- Maintain Impeccable Standards: Ensure the clinic is visually appealing, organized, and welcoming through excellent merchandising and stock management.
- Handle Operations with Precision: Accurately process POS transactions, manage cash handling, and complete administrative duties.
- Care for Demo Equipment: Maintain and prepare trial devices for customer use, ensuring a flawless experience.
Expertise & Development:
- Become a Sleep Health Expert: Complete comprehensive ResMed training and stay current on the latest products and sleep science.
- Share Knowledge Confidently: Educate customers and contribute to a collaborative, knowledgeable team environment.
Who You Are: Skills & Attributes
Your Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing retail, sales, or service role.
- Experience with visual merchandising, POS systems, and cash handling.
- A background in healthcare, pharmacy, or wellness is a plus, but not required.
Your Strengths:
- Sales-Driven & Goal-Oriented: You are motivated by targets and love celebrating team wins.
- Empathetic Communicator: Confident, compassionate, and able to adapt your style to connect with anyone.
- Detail-Oriented: You take pride in accuracy, from store presentation to daily reporting.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology; knowledge of Salesforce and Shopify is a bonus.
- Flexible & Reliable: Available to work rotating rosters, including weekends and public holidays.
