- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the key medical expert, providing scientific input to commercial, market access, and regulatory colleagues to ensure a unified and compliant patient-centric approach.
- Innovation & Compliance: Leverage AI-driven insights and digital tools to enhance medical planning and stakeholder engagement. Uphold the highest standards of medical ethics, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.

- Demonstrated experience in a Medical Affairs role within the pharmaceutical industry, with specific expertise in dermatology.
- Strong scientific acumen with the ability to critically analyse data and translate insights into strategy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with product launches is highly preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
Why Takeda is the Place for You:
- Build a Legacy: Be the architect of Takeda's dermatology presence in Australia, with the autonomy to shape strategy and make a lasting impact.
