In this role, you will architect and execute digital funnel strategies across SEM, FBIG, and YouTube to boost user acquisition, conversions, and sales for our direct-to-consumer health brands. Key Responsibilities
You will own the performance marketing strategy, from conception to execution and optimization, directly impacting our growth metrics.
Strategy & Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive, funnel-based digital marketing strategies to drive web traffic, lead generation, and sales.
- Create and manage end-to-end campaigns across SEM, FBIG ads, YouTube ads, and local platforms, including budget management and agency coordination.
- Oversee all paid marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver a strong return on ad spend (ROAS).
Data Analysis & Optimization:
- Analyze campaign performance meticulously, making data-driven decisions to continuously optimize for ROAS and ROI.
- Ensure superior data tracking by implementing and managing conversion pixels, event tracking, and analytics across all digital platforms.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities within the consumer health journey.
Brand & Collaboration:
- Ensure all marketing materials maintain consistent brand narrative, visual identity, and voice.
- Collaborate constantly with creative, content, and local market teams to align strategies and review performance.
Your Profile
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of proven experience in performance marketing within an e-commerce environment.
- Expert, hands-on proficiency in managing Google Ads (SEM) and paid social campaigns (Facebook/Instagram).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating success in driving user acquisition and managing digital funnels.
