Your Mission: Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will coordinate the heart of our product information:
- Manage Labelling & Documentation: Create, update, and maintain all product labelling records and Instructions for Use (IFUs) within our Windchill product lifecycle management system.
- Coordinate Artwork & Proofing: Develop and proof label artwork, ensuring 100% compliance with brand, legal, and regulatory standards.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Regulatory, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain to track feedback, manage approvals, and meet critical project deadlines.
- Uphold Quality & Continuous Improvement: Maintain impeccable accuracy in our master label list, support process improvement projects, and ensure all work adheres to our strict medical device quality systems.

Your Profile (Required Skills)

- A bachelor's degree in a related field.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Skills)
- 2-4 years of experience in artwork coordination, packaging, pre-press, or technical writing.
- Experience in a controlled document environment (e.g., medical device, pharmaceutical, or FMCG).
- Hands-on skills with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
- Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or enterprise systems like Windchill or SAP.
