đŻ Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
Application Leadership & Support
- Serve as subject matter expert for Quality Management Systems and related applications
- Resolve complex support issues and lead root cause analysis investigations
- Support system integrations and promote DevOps practices
- Manage application roadmaps and lifecycle management
Quality & Process Excellence
- Maintain expertise in QMS applications including system configuration and integrations
- Implement process improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Drive data integrity initiatives and enhance user experience
- Manage changes per ITIL standards with comprehensive testing and communication
Stakeholder Management & Knowledge Sharing
- Create training materials and deliver user training sessions
- Share knowledge within IT and support team development
- Influence stakeholders across all business levels
- Provide functional leadership while working independently
â Your Profile: Qualifications & Experience
Essential Requirements
- 5+ years experience in application support environment
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of Quality Management Systems
- Experience with system configuration, integrations, and upgrades
- Proven track record in problem-solving and process improvement
- ITIL certification (v3 or v4) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Technical Expertise
- Hands-on experience with change management processes
- Knowledge of regulated environments (medical devices, pharma, life sciences)
- Experience with system upgrades and release management
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with TrackWise Digital (cloud) or cloud migration projects
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce platform or integrations
- Background in global or regulated healthcare environment
- DevOps practices and methodologies
