Your Mission: The Hub of Marketing Execution
You will be the central point for coordination, ensuring the marketing team’s plans are translated into flawless action. From maintaining the team's operating rhythm to owning campaign logistics, your work will directly enhance team efficiency and campaign success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project & Campaign Coordination
- Support the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery in line with SOPs and program owner direction.
- Manage marketing deliverables and asset production, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget.
- Coordinate the logistics of print materials, liaise with printers, and organize in-store marketing placements.
- Maintain the team’s operating rhythm documentation, track key assignments, decisions, and deliverables.
2. Meeting, Event & Trade Support
- Plan and support marketing leadership meetings, internal events, town halls, and external trade conferences.
- Coordinate full event logistics: agenda preparation, speaker coordination, venue selection, travel, catering, and on-site support.
- Take detailed meeting minutes, capturing key decisions and action items for follow-up.
- Support local area marketing initiatives for owned stores and coordinate logistics for launch events and sales conferences.
3. Operations & Administrative Excellence
- Maintain the master ANZ Consumer Marketing calendar with all key dates and updates.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and collaboration.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Leadership Team, including calendar management.
- Track budget invoices, payments, and vendor contracts to ensure accurate financial management.
- Own compliance for promotions: create T&Cs, liaise with Legal & Medical for label review, track approvals, and action feedback promptly.

- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proven ability to work effectively with senior leaders and handle confidential information with discretion.
- High level of initiative, adaptability, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate and succeed in a fast-paced, global environment.
