Your Mission: Bridge Design to Production with Excellence
As a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer, you will be the vital link between product design and high-volume manufacturing. You will learn to ensure our processes are robust, compliant, and continuously improving, directly supporting our commitment to quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Development & Documentation
- Assist in introducing and maintaining detailed production procedures and work instructions to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with quality standards.
- Support process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and maintain accurate technical documentation.
- Collaborate with Product Development (R&D) teams to ensure new products are designed for manufacturability (DFM) and can be scaled effectively.
2. Continuous Improvement & Problem-Solving
- Help identify and implement improvements in quality, yield, and efficiency using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Contribute to resolving daily technical issues on the production line, applying root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Participate in projects aimed at cost reduction, waste elimination, and process optimization.
3. Training & Safety Compliance
- Provide training and support to production technicians on new equipment, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure all activities strictly adhere to Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Support the calibration and maintenance of production equipment and tooling.
Who You Are: The Ideal Graduate
You are a curious, hands-on problem-solver with a solid academic foundation in engineering. You are eager to roll up your sleeves, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to a team that values quality and continuous improvement.
Your Required Foundation:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive learning attitude.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred):
- Academic or internship exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or GMP principles.
