We are seeking a Workday HCM Functional Analyst to support, configure, and maintain our global Workday Human Capital Management system. In this role, you will be the vital link between our HR function and technology, ensuring the system delivers an exceptional employee experience while meeting complex business needs across Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management.
Your Role: HR Technology Expert & Problem Solver
You will be responsible for the day-to-day support, optimization, and enhancement of our Workday HCM platform, acting as a key partner to global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
System Support & Optimization:
- Provide day-to-day end-user support, triage and resolve HCM tickets, and ensure smooth system operations.
- Analyze business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and document needs for system enhancements.
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements to optimize Workday HCM and measure support effectiveness.
Configuration, Testing & Data Management:
- Utilize your expertise in Workday configuration, calculated fields, and condition rules to support system changes.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure quality in all system updates and new features.
- Complete data uploads for mass changes and build Workday reports, dashboards, and audits to ensure data integrity and provide insights.
Compliance & Project Support:
- Ensure system security and compliance with data protection standards (including SOX).
- Support Workday-related projects, including implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Maintain documentation, create user guides, and provide training.
Your Profile: Skills & Experience
Required:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration, reporting, testing, and/or troubleshooting.
- Strong functional knowledge of Core HCM, Time & Absence, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management modules.
- Proven experience writing Workday HCM reports and understanding of business processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders globally.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential data.
- Understanding of HR policies and best practices in a large, global organization.
Preferred:
- Workday certification.
- Experience in a consulting or direct client-support role.
