We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior Business Analyst specializing in Manufacturing & Automation to join our GTS team. In this pivotal role, you will be the critical link between business vision and technological execution, driving the digital transformation of our global supply chain and manufacturing footprint. You will lead initiatives from automated storage systems (ASRS) and AGV/AMR integration to greenfield factory digitization, turning complex operational challenges into scalable, innovative solutions. Your Mission: Strategic Architect of Digital Supply Chain Transformation
You will not just gather requirements—you will co-create the future. Partnering with engineering, operations, and technology teams, you will translate physical automation and process needs into robust digital strategies and solutions that enhance efficiency, agility, and global scalability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Partnership & Digital Solution Leadership
- Partner with senior Supply Chain and Manufacturing stakeholders to define business problems, identify automation opportunities, and develop strategic use cases for technologies like ASRS, AGVs/AMRs, IoT, and advanced analytics.
- Serve as a thought leader, advocating for technology-driven process improvements that increase productivity and operational resilience.
- Lead the evaluation and recommendation of technology solutions, participating in RFPs and presenting proposals to GTS and business leadership.
2. End-to-End Analysis & Solution Design
- Conduct detailed discovery and analysis to document current and future state business processes, functional specifications, and non-functional requirements (security, compliance, data privacy).
- Facilitate ideation and design workshops with GTS architects, vendors, and business teams to shape innovative solutions.
- Develop comprehensive user stories, process maps, and requirement documentation with full traceability through delivery.
- Collaborate with site engineering and third-party automation vendors to ensure digital solutions seamlessly integrate with physical automation systems.
3. Agile Delivery & Business Value Realization
- Work within Agile frameworks using tools like Jira and Confluence to ensure clear communication and alignment across technical and business teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology and operational change.
- Ensure the delivered solution meets business needs and aligns with the target state architecture, driving tangible value realization.
- Stay abreast of Supply Chain technology trends (e.g., digital twin, smart manufacturing) to identify future opportunities aligned with ResMed’s strategy.

Your Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering medium to large-scale technology implementations with a focus on business process analysis, requirements elicitation, and solution design.
- Strong domain knowledge in Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes.
- Proven experience in business process mapping, workshop facilitation, and user story decomposition.
- Expertise working in Agile environments with tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
- Highly self-motivated with strong commercial acumen and a proactive, ownership mindset.
Preferred Experience (Nice-to-Have):
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), MES, WMS, and warehouse automation technologies.
- Vendor management experience and collaboration with automation/system integration partners.
- Knowledge of industrial IoT integration, digital twin concepts, and smart manufacturing.
- Familiarity with BPMN, the APQC framework, and the SCOR model.
